快科技8月24日消息，8月22日晚，第二届世界人形机器人运动会在国家速滑馆“冰丝带”开幕。 MOSCOW -- The lower house of Russia's parliament on Wednesday gave its final approval to a bill revoking the ratification of a global nuclear test ban treaty, a move Moscow described as putting it on par with the United States.The State Duma lawmakers voted unanimously to revoke the ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty in the third and final reading on Wednesday. The bill will now go to the upper house, the Federation Council, which will consider it next week. Federation Council lawmakers have already said they will support the bill. The legislation was introduced to parliament following a statement from Russian President Vladimir Putin, who warned earlier this month that Moscow could revoke its 2000 decision to ratify the treaty to “mirror” the stand taken by the United States, which has signed but not ratified the nuclear test ban.The treaty, adopted in 1996, bans all nuclear explosions anywhere in the world, although it has never fully entered into force. In addition to the U.S., it is yet to be ratified by China, India, Pakistan, North Korea, Israel, Iran and Egypt.There are widespread concerns that Russia could resume nuclear tests to try to discourage the West from offering military support to Ukraine. Many Russian hawks have spoken in favor of a resumption.Putin has said that while some experts have talked about the need to conduct nuclear tests, he hasn’t yet formed an opinion on the issue.Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said last week that Moscow will continue to respect the ban and will only resume nuclear tests if Washington does so first.。

8月23日，有网友在社交平台发布视频，称自己前往现场观看第二届世界人形机器人运动会开幕式时，偶遇宇树科技创始人王兴兴到场观赛。据该网友描述：开幕式节目结束后，同排观众大多离场，唯独王兴兴留下来继续观看后续赛事，难得以放松的状态欣赏机器人比拼，期间还数次展露笑容。

说起王兴兴“不爱笑”这一热议话题，时间还要回溯至8月19日，宇树科技登陆科创板，成为A股人形机器人第一股。
四 | 上市之后，宇树科技举办了上市答谢午宴。此前有媒体报道，上市当天在和领导嘉宾、承销团合影环节，王兴兴全程神情平静，状态宛如一名普通 “打工人”，并没有多数企业创始人敲钟上市时的喜悦激动。
不过红杉汇后续放出的现场视频显示，午宴敬酒环节，王兴兴面带笑容举杯回应众人祝贺，状态松弛自然。

需要补充的是，就在第二届世界人形机器人运动会在开幕的同时，宇树科技发布声明，预祝本次大赛圆满成功。宇树透露，多款自家的人形机器人将亮相本次赛场，一部分由宇树自有团队参赛，其余参赛机器人则由宇树客户、合作伙伴基于其机器人平台二次开发而来。
六 | 宇树同时在声明中表示，受时间精力、新款机器人数量以及产品测试进度等因素制约，公司已经缩减了部分此前报名的参赛项目。宇树坦言，近期公司主要精力集中在产品量产工作上，“很抱歉没能顾全赛事准备”。
