A |     नई दिल्ली | सड़क पर छोटा-मोटा कारोबार करने वाले लाखों रेहड़ी-पटरी विक्रेताओं को केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ी राहत दी है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री स्वनिधि योजना (PM SVANidhi Scheme Extended) को 31 मार्च 2030 तक बढ़ाने का फैसला लिया गया है। इस योजना पर सरकार 7,332 करोड़ रुपए खर्च करेगी। इससे करीब 1.15 करोड़ लोगों को फायदा मिलेगा, जिनमें 50 लाख नए लाभार्थी भी शामिल हैं।,योजना में कई अहम बदलाव किए गए हैं। सबसे बड़ी राहत कर्ज बढ़ाने (loan extension) के रूप में दी गई है:

• पहली किश्त का लोन अब 10,000 से बढ़ाकर 15,000 रुपए कर दिया गया है।
• दूसरी किश्त का लोन 20,000 से बढ़ाकर 25,000 रुपए किया गया है।
• तीसरी किश्त 50,000 रुपए पर ही बनी रहेगी।

जो लोग समय पर दूसरी किश्त चुकाएंगे, उन्हें अब यूपीआई-लिंक्ड रूपे क्रेडिट कार्ड (RuPay credit card, दिया जाएगा। इससे उन्हें तुरंत पैसा मिलेगा, चाहे बिज़नेस बढ़ाना हो या निजी जरूरत पूरी करनी हो। सरकार ने डिजिटल लेन-देन को भी बढ़ावा देने का फैसला लिया है। विक्रेताओं को अब थोक और खुदरा लेन-देन पर 1,600 रुपए तक का कैशबैक (digital cashback) मिलेगा।,यह भी पढ़ें- UPS vs NPS: सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए बड़ी खबर! यूपीएस से एनपीएस में स्विच करने का बड़ा मौका, लेकिन कब तक? जानें योजना सिर्फ कर्ज तक सीमित नहीं होगी। सड़क पर खाने-पीने का सामान बेचने वाले विक्रेताओं को अब एफएसएसएआई (FSSAI) की मदद से स्वच्छता और फूड सेफ्टी की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। साथ ही सरकार विक्रेताओं को उद्यमिता, डिजिटल स्किल और मार्केटिंग की ट्रेनिंग भी देगी ताकि वे अपना कारोबार और आगे बढ़ा सकें।,योजना का एक अहम हिस्सा 'स्वनिधि से समृद्धि' पहल है। इसके तहत हर महीने लोक कल्याण मेले लगाए जाएंगे ताकि अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ भी विक्रेताओं और उनके परिवारों तक पहुंच सके। ,यह भी पढ़ें- PM Kisan 21st Installment: अब समय पर आएगी किस्त, बैंक नहीं रोक पाएंगे पैसा; जानें सरकार ने दिए क्या निर्देश? गौरतलब है कि पीएम स्वनिधि योजना जून 2020 में शुरू हुई थी। कोविड-19 महामारी के समय लाखों छोटे विक्रेताओं को इसने सहारा दिया। अब तक 96 लाख से ज्यादा लोन स्वीकृत हो चुके हैं और लगभग 47 लाख लोग डिजिटल लेन-देन से जुड़े हैं।,

• जून 2020 से अब तक 96 लाख से ज्यादा लोन दिए जा चुके।
• लगभग 68 लाख स्ट्रीट वेंडर्स को फायदा हुआ।
• करीब 47 लाख लोग डिजिटल लेन-देन से जुड़े। 
• अब तक 557 करोड़ डिजिटल ट्रांजैक्शन किए जा चुके, जिनकी कुल कीमत 6.09 लाख करोड़ रुपए है।
• विक्रेताओं को 241 करोड़ रुपए कैशबैक भी मिला।

सरकार का मानना है कि इस विस्तार से रेहड़ी-पटरी वालों का कारोबार बढ़ेगा और उनके परिवारों का सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास भी होगा।。

It revolves around a teenager Mira's sexual awakening and her relationship with her protective mother. She doesn't just act and lives her character. The end scene provides catharsis not only to her character but also to the viewers. And one must mention she's acting opposite one of the best actors we have today, Kani Kusruti. They look like the perfect mother-daughter pair. Kani looks casually sexual in the film as Anila and that's something that's gnawing at her daughter. This dichotomy of being a caring mother and also a woman who has her own needs is brought alive through Kani’s superlative acting. Keshav Binoy Kiron too is a natural fit to this triangle.
